Locked out or need help?
The Security Command Center is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days of the year, and monitors the surveillance cameras and mobile patrols around the district.

Hours of operation
Buildings in the Schinkel District generally operate 08:00 – 22:00 and can be accessed using keyless entry via the Schinkel District app.
Retailers maintain their own regular hours of operation and are subject to change. Check their individual Google Business pages for the latest information.
The A-Factorij Courtyard is open from 08:00 to 20:00.
The A-Factorij Living Room and meeting pods, are available for use from 08:00 – 22:00.
Building rules & Regulations
The asset manager of your office building is Jamestown Europe and the operational management is done by Cushman & Wakefield. Together, we have compiled the frequently asked questions and information you need to work safely. Click here to download the rules and regulations of the buildings. KeyLess Access
Accessing your office building can be done using the keyless control system OpenPath which has been integrated with the Schinkel District app. Download the app or OpenPath to your phone, to open doors with the tap of your finger. This technology uses a smart camera which can see who is at the door and open it with one scan of the app.
Getting to the district
By car: Easily accessible off the Ring Road A10.
Metro: Line 50, station Henk Sneevlietweg. Approximately 18 minutes walking from the station.
Train: To Amsterdam Lelylaan station, change to metro, and get off at station Henk Sneevlietweg. 18 minutes walking from the station.
Bus/Tram: Tram line 2 and bus lines 68, 62, 758. Bus line 62 stops at Aalsmeerplein, runs every 15-minutes and is 14 minutes walking distance.
Parking
Tenants can lease parking spaces on a permanent or temporary basis, with a minimum rental period of six months, subject to availability. For more information, email leasing@schinkeldistrict.com.
Meeting rooms
We offer several meeting rooms in the living room of A-Factorij, that can be booked using the Schinkel District app. The rooms are available during building operating hours, Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 22:00. There are three meeting pods which can accommodate between four (4) and eight (8) people.

Pets
The Schinkel District is a pet friendly place with plenty of outdoor space for leashed dogs to play and socialize. We ask that you keep it tidy, by cleaning up after your furry friends! If your place of employment in Schinkel District is not pet friendly, that over rules us!
