Definities

‘verwerkingsverantwoordelijke’: de natuurlijke of rechtspersoon, overheidsinstantie, dienst of ander orgaan die/dat, alleen of samen met anderen, het doel van en de middelen voor de verwerking van persoonsgegevens vaststelt; wanneer het doel van en de middelen voor deze verwerking bij Unierecht of lidstatelijk recht worden vastgesteld, kan in dat Unierecht of lidstatelijk recht worden bepaald wie de verwerkingsverantwoordelijke is of volgens welke criteria hij wordt aangewezen;
‘verwerker’: een natuurlijke of rechtspersoon, overheidsinstantie, dienst of ander orgaan die/dat ten behoeve van de verwerkingsverantwoordelijke persoonsgegevens verwerkt;
‘ontvanger’: een natuurlijke of rechtspersoon, overheidsinstantie, dienst of ander orgaan aan wie of waaraan de persoonsgegevens worden verstrekt, al dan niet een derde. Overheidsinstanties die mogelijk persoonsgegevens ontvangen in het kader van een bijzonder onderzoek overeenkomstig het Unierecht of het lidstatelijk recht, worden evenwel niet als ontvangers beschouwd; de verwerking van die gegevens door die overheidsinstanties is in overeenstemming met de toepasselijke gegevensbeschermingsregels overeenkomstig de doeleinden van de verwerking;
‘derde’: een natuurlijke of rechtspersoon, overheidsinstantie, dienst of ander orgaan, niet zijnde de betrokkene, de verwerkingsverantwoordelijke, de verwerker en personen die onder rechtstreeks gezag van de verwerkingsverantwoordelijke of de verwerker gemachtigd zijn om persoonsgegevens te verwerken;
‘toestemming’ van de betrokkene: elke vrije, specifieke, geïnformeerde en ondubbelzinnige wilsuiting waarmee de betrokkene door middel van een verklaring of een ondubbelzinnige actieve handeling aanvaardt dat hem of haar betreffende persoonsgegevens worden verwerkt;

Bij aanmelding voor onze nieuwsbrief verzamelen wij de volgende informatie om deze dienst te kunnen leveren:

Schinkel District beheert een online aanwezigheid op Instagram, een zogeheten Instagram-pagina. Instagram is een audiovisueel platform waarmee gebruikers foto’s en video’s kunnen delen en ook kunnen verspreiden op andere sociale netwerken.

Beveiliging
Om uw persoonsgegevens te beschermen tegen ongeautoriseerde toegang en gebruik, hanteren wij beveiligingsmaatregelen die voldoen aan de toepasselijke wetgeving en industriestandaarden. Deze maatregelen omvatten computerbeveiliging en beveiligde dossiers en gebouwen. Wij beperken de toegang tot persoonsgegevens tot die werknemers, gelieerde ondernemingen, agenten en derden die de informatie nodig hebben om een zakelijke doelstelling te vervullen. Bewaring en verwijdering van gegevens
